Terms and Conditions

Cancellation By You:

1. A customer cancels their sailing reservation in Mumbai.

There will be no reimbursement for cancellations.

b) Customers are unable to cancel their reservations.For yacht sailing in Mumbai, cancellations made by customers will not result in a reimbursement.

2. Gateway Sailing in Mumbai was cancelled.

There won’t be a refund if you or a group member fails to show up.

3. Showing up late:

There will be no refunds if you or a group member fails to arrive on time.

4. The client rescheduled:

No rescheduling is permitted: Reservations cannot be changed. Your reservation cannot be preponed or postponed. You won’t get a refund if you don’t show up; it will be considered a no-show.

Modifications We Made Before Setting Sail

If unforeseen circumstances arise, we have the right to make any modifications to your sailing program. If you object to a major change that we will inform you of before you set sail, we will (if possible) offer you a different sailboat at the same or nearly identical standard and price, free of charge, or a sailboat that is less expensive, in which case we will not reimburse the difference in price. If you decide against accepting our alternative, you can select a different sail yacht on any other day that we provide and either pay the difference in price or get a refund. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your Sailing Experience and get a refund.

We will give you compensation as follows, unless the modification is due to events like violence, unrest, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, or unfavorable weather.

Events Outside of Our Control

If, due to events beyond our control, we are forced to modify your tour after you have booked it, or if we are unable to provide your tour as per our agreement, or if you experience any kind of loss or damage, we shall not be liable for any damages, reimbursement of costs, or other damages. Any event that we could not predict or prevent, even after exercising every reasonable precaution, is what we mean when we speak to circumstances beyond our control. Typical examples of such situations are war, the prospect of war, airport closures, epidemics, nuclear or natural disasters, terrorist attacks, civil unrest, labor disputes, and inclement weather.
We also need payment details, like your credit card number or bank transfer information, at the time of booking. To protect your personal information, we employ the highest standard of internet security.

Your Responsibility

We want every one of our clients to sail with joy and carefreeness. However, you have to keep in mind that you are accountable for your deeds and whatever impact they may have on other people. We may end your tour and terminate your contract if we, or another person in authority, feel that your conduct could agitate, annoy, or disturb other customers or our staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property, or make you unsuitable to travel.
Apart from the previously mentioned aspects and the potential impact of your behavior on others, it is especially crucial for you to remember that you carry accountability for both your personal safety and the state of the property you call home. Any mishaps involving reckless activity or those involving glass, china, or similar items that you have damaged and/or left in a way that could lead to harm are not our responsibility. They can also occur anyplace on properties.

If You Have A Complaint:

Providing the Best Sailing Experience is our goal. But if you’re not happy, let the appropriate person know as soon as you can (like Sailing Experience). You must inform your Jetty manager if they are unable to assist, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. You must get in touch with us at the provided phone number or email address if you’re still not satisfied and you don’t have a representative working for you. Once the sailing ends, no grievances or requests for refunds will be accepted.
